No Return Policy
We do not offer returns on interactive panels or interactive projectors once delivered.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacements are only provided under the following conditions:
– The product has a verified software issue
– The item is physically damaged at the time of delivery
Open Box Delivery Protocol
To ensure transparency and protect both parties:
– All deliveries are conducted via open box inspection in the presence of our logistics partner
– Customers must record a video of the unboxing process or obtain proof from the delivery agent
– Claims without video or verified logistics proof may not be eligible for replacement
